Strength / Movement camp
In collaboration with the InmoveSystem Project and Centro Sportivo Nidrino, our team – Miroslav Sokol, Martina Abukhlal and Daniela Hlavatá – decided to organize a week-long camp in a mountain nature above Lake Como in Italy.
This camp is intended for people who already have some movement or strength/calisthenics training experience and want to deepen their understanding of strength, skills and quality movement in a focused, non-competitive environment.
According to our difficulty scale, it will suit everyone from Level 2 to Level 4.
Seven days of structured training in beautiful mountain nature, designed to cover all major movement components. Each day will include one strength training session, a session focused on a specific skill, and also a movement training session or morning routine.

Additional information
Each participant will have a semi-individual strength plan prepared, tailored as closely as possible to their current abilities.
Strength training (mostly calisthenics) should not only help us to develop strength capacities but also understand its structure, so that in the future we can plan our own strength training according based on our level.
The training of specific skills will consist of several components, all of which will be directly connected either to balance or to proper muscle activation needed for performing certain strength movements.
During the movement sessions, we will focus on solving various movement tasks — rhythm, speed, elasticity, balance, coordination, collaboration, wrestling/game elements, and many other movement qualities and skills will be part of these sessions.
The goal of this entire event is not only physical development but also gaining an understanding of the learning process itself, perhaps a shift in how we look at movement/training/practice itself, experiencing the power of an open and supportive environment, and last but not least, enjoying mental rest high in the mountains.

Does not inlclude: insurance, travel expenses, food ( possible to arrange super healthy breakfasts from Martina) and accommodation (it is possible to sleep in the Dojo for 10€ per night)
