Group training

There are two sides to everything. Group training has undeniable advantages of socialising and sharing motivation. It is important for us to belong somewhere, things are always easier when you are not alone. We can confront our skills with other people, which broadens our horizons. On the other hand, it is not possible to adjust training for each person individually. That includes difficulty of all exercises, detailed explanation of the technique, and different levels of mobility, strength, endurance etc. It is not possible for the coach to worry about everybody’s current mood, fatigue, and mental struggle. That is why group training can be a great complement to personal training where you have more space to build your own physical foundation.

You can join us in AZ Fitness every Tuesday at 18:00 for movement training TANDEN to learn new skills, or every Thursday/Sunday for Convict Conditioning to develop your body weight strength. Place and time is chosen by the group. Other group training is by personal agreement. For the last few years, we have been running stairs and hills, and trained outside with friends. If you are curious and have the same ‘energy level’, then come join us.

  • Wednesday 6:30  – 7:40 -> Stairs

  • Thursday 17:00  – 19:00 -> Convict conditioning

  • Sunday 10:00 – 12:00 or 17:00 – 19:00 -> Convict conditioning
